Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using 36jili's platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions — GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven — are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 36jili processes withdrawals promptly subject to verification requirements and applicable wagering conditions attached to any bonus funds.
Bonus & Promotion Rules
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game restrictions. Bonus terms are published alongside each promotion. Abuse of bonus offers — including multi-accounting — will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
Account Security & Responsibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 36jili ("36jili," "we," "us," "our"). 1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by 36jili, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 36jili platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the 36jili platform, including visitors, registered members, and any other person who accesses or uses any part of the service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

2 Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 36jili's services. This age restriction applies to all players, without exception, in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the 36jili platform:
- You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or organization acting on behalf of others without disclosure.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by 36jili or any other gambling operator or regulatory authority.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of 36jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously had a 36jili account terminated for misconduct, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
- You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
36jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account pending verification. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes fraud and may result in forfeiture of all account funds and referral to law enforcement authorities.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use real-money gaming services at 36jili, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current registration information, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 36jili. Creating multiple accounts — whether for yourself or on behalf of others — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, 36jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all winnings, and retain all deposits pending investigation.
3.3 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 36jili login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time password (OTP) with any third party. 36jili will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You must notify 36jili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification
36jili may require you to verify your identity at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable forms of identification include a Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Driver's License). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance.
3.5 Account Termination by Player
You may request closure of your 36jili account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending transactions and wagering requirements must be settled before account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following successful verification.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
36jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven (cash deposit). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at 36jili is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. 36jili reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 36jili reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 36jili account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 36jili will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits unless the original method is no longer available.
4.5 Transaction Limits
36jili may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion or as required by applicable regulations. Players may also set personal limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.
36jili does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, it will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 36jili are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Only real-money wagers placed on qualifying games contribute toward wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
36jili employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities deemed to constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to artificially meet wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers; or any other conduct that 36jili determines in its reasonable judgment to constitute gaming the bonus system. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, 36jili reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings and to suspend or close the relevant account.
5.5 36jili's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
36jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect bonuses already claimed by players prior to the modification, except where such modification is required by law or regulation.
6 Game Rules & Fairness
6.1 Certified Game Providers
All games available on the 36jili platform are supplied by licensed and certified third-party game providers, including but not limited to JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, CQ9, Habanero, and Evolution Gaming. Each provider is required to operate under verified Random Number Generator (RNG) certifications and independent audit standards.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP)
36jili publishes Return to Player percentages for slot games in the game information panel accessible within each title. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
6.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, communication error, or software failure, all affected wagers will be considered void and stakes will be returned to the player's account. 36jili shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a player as a result of a game malfunction. Any winnings generated from a malfunctioning game will be void.
6.4 Game Outcome Disputes
All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or physical dealing procedures in the case of live dealer games and are final. Players who dispute a game outcome must contact 36jili support within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction. 36jili will conduct a review using server logs and game records to adjudicate the dispute.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 36jili platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during the operation of an account.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or 36jili.
- Colluding with other players in table games or live dealer games to gain an advantage.
- Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or loopholes — any winnings derived from exploiting a software vulnerability are void.
- Using the 36jili platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Accessing 36jili services through a VPN, proxy, or other mechanism designed to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
- Registering or operating an account on behalf of another individual without explicit written authorization from 36jili.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward 36jili staff, support agents, or other players.
- Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the 36jili platform, servers, or network infrastructure in any manner.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the 36jili platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, video content, and audio files — is the property of 36jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or exploit any part of the 36jili platform or its content for any purpose without 36jili's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of 36jili's intellectual property constitutes a violation of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
36jili collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 36jili platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
36jili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, 36jili cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and is not liable for unauthorized access to your information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
36jili may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions, where required by applicable law or regulation. 10 Responsible Gaming
Gambling can be addictive. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or contact 36jili support immediately.
36jili is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

- Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.

11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 36jili, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 36jili platform or any content, services, or products obtained through the platform.
36jili's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim giving rise to the liability.
36jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 36jili is not responsible for any losses, damages, or costs arising from third-party network failures, device malfunctions, or internet connectivity interruptions during gameplay.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Amendments to These Terms
36jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 36jili will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide reasonable notice to registered players through in-platform notifications or email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
Your continued use of the 36jili platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute through 36jili's internal complaint and dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to 36jili's support team, who will acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.
